ESD, conductive and antistatic fabrics

ESD materials are required in all environments where the buildup of electrostatic charges can damage sensitive electronic devices and in all environments where there is contact with explosive or highly flammable material. Our ESD products are constructed with specially designed weaves to ensure contact between conductive filaments and allow excellent passage and consequent discharge of electrostatic current

Benefits

Lightness

We offer ESD, Conductive and Antistatic technical fabrics for the production of various types of PPE and technical garments, mainly linings and interlinings for safety footwear and outdoor garments, where lightness takes primary importance

Breathability

Kayron technical fabrics are designed to offer high breathability, promoting the expulsion of moisture produced by sweat. This helps keep the body dry, reduces fluid loss during work or sports activities, and improves clarity and concentration.

Flexibility

In the PPE industry, flexibility, lightness, comfort and breathability are essential: more comfortable devices reduce physical and mental stress, improving the user experience. This results in increased safety and reduced risk of injury during work and sports activities.

Duration

Kayron technical fabrics with electrostatic properties offer maximum functionality and durability through the use of inherently conductive yarns. Unlike chemically treated materials, they maintain their performance over time, without degrading with use or aging.

What do they look like?

The ESD fabrics we offer are made from yarns that contain intrinsically conductive filaments within them, such as stainless steel, silver, copper, carbon, graphene, which permanently ensure the functionality of the PPE produced for the duration of its use, far exceeding compliance with the relevant standards
